Enhancing Operational Efficiency at The Asia Foundation

SAFAL collaborated with The Asia Foundation (TAF) to support the strategic alignment and operational enhancement of its Administration Unit. This initiative aimed to equip the team to better support TAF's evolving operations across Kathmandu, Butwal, and Janakpur.

Over a three-month engagement, SAFAL partnered with TAF’s Admin team and senior leadership to:

• Refine Strategic Vision: Conducting a thorough review of the Admin Unit’s vision, structure, and work modalities.

• Facilitate Team Alignment: Leading workshops to help the Admin team redefine their vision and align their roles with the organization’s strategic goals.

• Encourage Growth through Collaboration: Engaging in one-on-one interviews with staff across departments to gather insights and provide actionable feedback.

The co-creation workshops played a pivotal role in helping the team envision their future and develop a roadmap to achieve it. By fostering open communication and a shared understanding of expectations, the team was empowered to identify challenges and chart a clear path forward.
